• Monitor competitor activities and make recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising.

• Retail Management Extensive knowledge of retail management practices.
• Inventory Control Proficient in managing inventory levels and stock control.
• Leadership Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with Retail Software: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail management software.
• Customer Relationship Management: Experience in CRM practices to enhance customer retention.
