• Comply with all safety and food handling protocols.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
• Address customer complaints and feedback effectively.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new staff.
• Follow all company guidelines and standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food Handling Certificate or similar qualification is a plus.

Experience

• Prior experience in the food service industry is advantageous.
