We are seeking a motivated Insurance Advisor to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert insurance advice to clients, helping them understand their options and making informed choices about their coverage. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' financial situations to tailor insurance solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and advice to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present policy proposals to clients.
• Attend networking events to build professional connections.
• Monitor changes in the insurance market and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with underwriters to assess risk and provide quotes.
• Document all client interactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Relevant degree or certification in Insurance is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in insurance or financial services

Technical Skills

• Insurance Regulatory Knowledge
• Negotiation Skills

• Relationship Building
• Time Management

Advantageous

• Certifications in insurance-related courses: Relevant certifications will be a plus.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English: Ability to communicate in both Afrikaans and English will be advantageous.
