Job Description

Join us in Pretoria as a Customer Success Manager where you will play a key role in client retention and satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include onboarding new customers, gathering feedback, and solving issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a link between clients and our product development teams to relay feedback.
  • Conduct workshops and training to enhance client knowledge of our offerings.
  • Identify signals of customer churn and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions and satisfaction metrics.
  • Foster a client-first culture within the organization.
  • Assist in developing case studies and client success stories.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications in customer success are preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

  • Project Management Tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
