Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Customer Success Manager in Johannesburg who will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes using our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing customer relationships, driving product adoption, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage renewal processes and ensure timely contract renewals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
