We are seeking a passionate Residential Advisor to manage the daily operations of student accommodation. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring policy adherence, and promoting a healthy living environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the adherence to safety protocols and crisis management plans.
• Foster a positive community atmosphere through organized events and outreach activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of the residence to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintain an open line of communication with residents for feedback and suggestions.
• Create reports regarding incidents and concerns for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Student Affairs or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years managing residential housing programs
