Job Description

As a Travel and Tourism Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing travel itineraries for clients, ensuring they experience the best of Cape Town. You will engage with various service providers, clients, and stakeholders to deliver quality travel solutions, manage bookings, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute unique travel itineraries that highlight Cape Town's offerings.
  • Work closely with service providers and clients to coordinate logistics.
  • Ensure all client inquiries are answered promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
  • Report on travel market trends and suggest appropriate adjustments.
  • Review logistical arrangements to confirm adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Travel and Tourism or similar
Experience
  • 1+ years in a similar role in the tourism sector
