Responsibilities

• Manage and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct experiments to validate process changes and improvements.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee adherence to health and safety regulations in all projects.
• Engage with suppliers to optimize raw material usage.
• Utilize simulation software for process modeling.
• Prepare and present technical reports to management.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction in manufacturing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in industrial chemical engineering
