We are seeking a Research Analyst to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for our clients. You will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing trends, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead research projects from conception through to final reporting.
• Identify key performance metrics and analyze both industry trends and client performance.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align insights with business objectives.
• Assist in the development of research methodologies and tools.
• Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in market research
