Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop personalized intervention plans.
• Offer guidance and support to individuals and families facing challenges.
• Connect clients to relevant community services and resources.
• Document all client interactions and maintain case files.
• Advocate for clients and work to ensure their access to necessary services.
• Engage in community outreach to raise awareness about available resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Relevant certifications in counseling or psychology are a plus

Experience

• At least 2-4 years' experience in a social worker role
