Responsibilities
Lead the front desk team in delivering excellent service to guests, ensuring all needs are met promptly.
Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs in a timely and friendly manner.
Implement new procedures for improving front desk operations and guest experience.
Assist with conflict resolution and ensure guest satisfaction.
Prepare reports on front desk operations and guest feedback for management.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Advantageous
Experience with hotel management software: Familiarity with systems like Opera or other hotel management software is a plus.
Conflict resolution training: Training in effective conflict resolution strategies and techniques.
