We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Childcare Worker to join our team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will be essential in fostering children's development through play, education and daily routines. You should enjoy working with children and have a strong focus on building trusting relationships with both kids and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily schedules and activities promoting learning and fun.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and development.
• Maintain positive communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
• Implement health and safety regulations within the childcare setting.
• Encourage children to express themselves and develop their creativity.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Advantageous

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Afrikaans with children and parents.
• First Aid Instructor Certification: Certification to train others in first aid practices.
