Your responsibilities will span from overseeing patient records management to ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities

  • Lead administrative meetings to discuss operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain filing systems both electronic and paper.
  • Train and supervise administrative staff and interns.
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding for new administrative staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Health Services Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare settings
