• Implement project plans from start to completion.
• Ensure that materials are ordered and delivered on schedule.

• National Diploma in Building or Construction Management
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
• Project Management Strong background in managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Site Safety Management Experienced in implementing safety protocols on construction sites.
• Construction Techniques Knowledgeable in modern construction methods and materials.
• Quality Assurance Expertise in ensuring high-quality construction standards.
• Leadership Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Communication Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Construction Safety Certification
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Zulu (Conversational)

• Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM): Familiarity with BIM software for project planning and management.
