The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement project plans from start to completion.
• Ensure that materials are ordered and delivered on schedule.
• Conduct regular site meetings and communicate with teams.
• Assist in budget management and cost control.
• Ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed on site.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Construction Management

Experience

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in site supervision

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Training Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
