Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Durban office. The successful candidate will analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure alignment on requirements.
• Monitor and manage scope changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Conduct training sessions for users on new systems and processes.
• Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop use cases and test cases for system validation.
• Provide insights for strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Document lessons learned and share best practices with the team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations throughout projects.
• Contribute to team meetings with insights and analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role

Technical Skills

• SQL
• Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Certifications

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
