Job Description

As an Extrusion Former, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion machines to produce high-quality plastic products. Attention to detail and technical expertise are essential for ensuring that products meet our stringent quality standards. This role is critical to our production process and you will play a key part in delivering exceptional products to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Configure and run extrusion machines based on the job order.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective measures.
• Keep up-to-date records of machine performance and product quality.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with Quality Control Technicians to address any product defects.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Plastics Technology

Experience

• 3-5 years in a related manufacturing role

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with quality control processes
• Experience with machine control software
