In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability and performance of our systems while implementing DevOps practices. Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact for IT-related queries.
• Resolve network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all IT equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on software and hardware systems.
• Provide timely updates on ticket status to users.
• Evaluate user requirements and provide solutions accordingly.
• Assist in implementing IT security protocols and procedures.
• Support project rollouts for new hardware/software solutions.
• Manage backups and data recovery processes.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree or equivalent in IT or related discipline
• Additional IT certifications are an advantage

Experience

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in technical support roles.

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
