You will work closely with HR and Finance teams to maintain records and respond to employee inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring all entries are accurate and compliant.
• Respond to employee questions about payroll, benefits, and deductions.
• Monitor and manage payroll timelines to meet monthly deadlines.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll data and processes.
• Prepare necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Assist in training new staff on payroll processes and systems.
• Implement improvements in payroll procedures for efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Payroll Management or Accounting

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll administration
