Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Fleet Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling, routing, and monitoring vehicle performance to ensure efficient operations and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of fleet management, including scheduling and dispatch.
  • Evaluate and optimize route planning based on real-time data.
  • Conduct risk assessments and promote a culture of safety within the fleet.
  • Manage relationships with drivers and ensure effective communication.
  • Compile and present reports on logistical operations to senior management.
  • Identify training needs and assist in coaching drivers on best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics or Business Management
Experience
  • 5+ years in logistics, with a focus on fleet management
