Job Description

As a Brokerage Clerk, you will be instrumental in managing and processing information related to brokerage transactions. Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of documentation and maintaining comprehensive records of all brokerage activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage documentation and records associated with brokerage transactions.
  • Assist in the development of internal policies related to documentation processes.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the operations manager in daily tasks and special projects.
  • Respond to client queries regarding transactions and documentation.
  • Monitor and report any discrepancies found in transaction records.
  • Work collaboratively with the finance team for seamless transaction processing.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in brokerage operations or similar field.
