Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Curriculum Developer to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating and designing curricula that engage learners and meet educational standards. Your expertise in instructional design and understanding of curriculum development processes will be essential in fostering an enriching learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum design projects from conception to delivery.
• Evaluate student learning outcomes to assess curriculum impact.
• Collaborate to develop assessment tools and strategies.
• Engage stakeholders in discussions about curricular changes and improvements.
• Provide instructional support to teaching staff on curriculum implementation.
• Document and present findings on curriculum effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Curriculum Development or a related field
• Master's degree in Education is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of related experience in education or curriculum design
