Job Description

As the Loss Prevention Manager, you will play a key role in safeguarding our company’s assets by implementing innovative loss control measures. Your experience in risk assessment and regulatory compliance will be crucial in minimizing losses and enhancing operational safety.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement loss prevention strategies and programmes.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities in loss prevention.
  • Create training sessions for staff on loss prevention best practices.
  • Analyze data trends related to losses and propose actionable strategies.
  • Act as a point of contact for compliance audits and inspections.
  • Develop recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Stay current on safety regulations and industry practices.
  • Liaise with law enforcement and investigation units when necessary.
  • Provide guidance on development and enforcement of safety protocols.
  • Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
  • Professional certifications in Health and Safety Management will be advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in loss control or risk management
Technical Skills
  • CCTV System Knowledge
  • Fire Safety Protocols
Languages
  • English: Fluent
