Job Description

In this role as a Structural Engineer, you will design and analyze structural systems, ensure compliance with building codes, and mentor junior engineers. This position allows you to apply your skills to impactful projects across various sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process from conceptualization to completion.
• Utilize software tools for structural modeling and analysis.
• Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and authorities.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for project submission.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status updates.
• Advise on budget and resource allocation for projects.
• Conduct structural reviews and quality assurance checks.
• Facilitate training sessions for the engineering team.
• Innovate and improve design methodologies for efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering

Technical Skills

• Structural Analysis Software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS)
• AutoCAD and Revit
• Project Management

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Communication

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng)
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
