Job Description

We are seeking an E-Learning Designer to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging online learning materials, utilizing best practices in instructional design and multimedia production.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to design strategic online learning solutions.
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve course design and learner engagement.
• Facilitate training sessions for educators on the use of e-learning platforms.
• Manage project timelines and deliverable deadlines effectively.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met in developed courses.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in e-learning or instructional design

Technical Skills

• HTML5/CSS3
• Graphic Design Software

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified Educator
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of gamification strategies: Expertise in incorporating gamification into e-learning to enhance engagement.
• Experience with video production and editing: Familiarity with creating and editing instructional videos for online courses.
