Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects across departments.
• Engage in root cause analysis to optimize operations.
• Work with the product development team to improve designs.
• Monitor production trends and make data-driven recommendations.
• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and training.
• Document processes and create work instructions.
• Assist in cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with IT for automation potential in processes.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to gauge operational efficiency.
• Conduct audits on process compliance and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field
• Professional engineer registration preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
