Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automobiles and have excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with customers to establish long-term loyalty.
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of automotive sales experience preferred.
