Job Description

As an HR Compliance Officer, your primary focus will be to ensure that the company’s practices align with legal requirements. You will monitor compliance, conduct audits, and provide recommendations for improvements. The position requires someone with strong problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to fostering a compliant workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR compliance programs and policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR staff and management on compliance issues.
  • Monitor and audit company practices for adherence to legal standards.
  • Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare compliance reports for senior management.
  • Advise on risk management and compliance strategies.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel on compliance-related issues.
  • Foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  • Lead compliance initiatives and programs.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external compliance audits.
  • Handle sensitive compliance-related inquiries and issues discreetly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR compliance or a related field
