Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a dedication to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, budget, and oversee a range of construction projects.
  • Supervise construction staff and subcontractors.
  • Enforce safety protocols and conduct training sessions.
  • Review work and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare reports on project status and financial metrics.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure all work performed meets regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Master's degree is an asset

  • 5+ years of progressive construction management experience
