Job Description

Join our dynamic construction team as a Blacktop Paver Operator, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient laying of asphalt on various surfaces. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy machinery and a strong understanding of paving materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate blacktop paving machine to lay asphalt on roads, parking lots, and other surfaces.
• Monitor machine temperature, oil, fuel levels, and other systems to ensure proper function.
• Adjust machine settings to control asphalt layer thickness and consistency.
• Maintain and clean the paving machine for optimal performance and longevity.
• Perform regular safety inspections and uphold a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with the construction team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
