We are seeking a detail-oriented Multimedia Services Coordinator to manage and oversee multimedia projects from inception to delivery. The successful candidate will be skilled in multimedia tools and possess excellent organizational abilities to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multimedia projects, assuring their alignment with client expectations.
• Utilize multimedia software to create engaging content.
• Assist in the training of team members on multimedia tools and processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and freelancers.
• Review and critique project outputs to enhance quality control.
• Monitor industry trends to implement best practices.
• Develop and implement project workflows and processes.
• Create presentations and reports on project statuses.
• Conduct evaluations of project performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align multimedia content with branding.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in multimedia software/tools

Experience

• Additional experience in video editing and post-production is advantageous
