Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Hospitality Manager to lead our team at Leading Hotel Group in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing a team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operations of the hotel to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop action plans to address performance gaps or operational challenges.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of hotel staff.
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve hotel services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years in hotel management or similar roles
