• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Leadership Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Customer Service Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Skilled in resolving conflicts and addressing guest concerns.
• Certified Hospitality Manager (CHM)
• Food Safety Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
