As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our online store. Your role will involve strategizing marketing campaigns, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of online sales through our e-commerce site.

• Enhance the overall customer journey from browsing to checkout.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing

Technical Skills

• SEO/SEM
• Project Management Tools (Asana, Trello)

Soft Skills

• Strategic Thinking
• Negotiation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot): Knowledge of how to use CRM systems to enhance customer relations.
