Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack gifts with emphasis on quality and aesthetics.
• Manage inventory levels of packaging supplies.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the workplace.
• Assist in customer service and sales as required.
• Stay updated on product offerings to ensure accurate packing.
• Handle gift returns or exchanges with professionalism.
