Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant in Johannesburg, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and selecting top talent for our clients. This position involves conducting interviews, screening candidates, and managing the overall recruitment process. We are looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and has a passion for matching candidates with their ideal job opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
• Facilitate the onboarding process and ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
• Inventory and manage compliance documentation and employee memberships.
• Coordinate the annual performance appraisal and feedback process.
• Drive employee engagement through various initiatives and surveys.
• Act as a point of contact for addressing HR-related inquiries from staff.
• Support continuous learning and development initiatives across the organization.
• Provide insights and recommendations to managers for workforce improvements.
• Contribute to the development of an inclusive and high-performing workforce.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
