Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary focus will be to drive recruitment efforts that support our company's growth objectives. You'll engage with potential candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The successful applicant will establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and train them on interview techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to create clear job descriptions and requirements.
• Utilize social media and job boards to find suitable candidates.
• Develop a talent pipeline through networking and relationship-building.
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
• Assist in the development of employer branding strategies.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
