Job Description

As an HR Generalist in Johannesburg, you will oversee recruitment initiatives, provide support in employee relations, and contribute to strategic HR projects to enhance overall workforce satisfaction and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment activities, ensuring a diverse candidate pool.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and trends.
  • Assist in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvements.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Promote a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Manage employee recognition programs to boost morale.
  • Collaborate with management to address performance issues.
  • Ensure HR policies are updated and communicated to staff.
  • Handle HR compliance audits and reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
