Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in diagnosing and treating a wide range of animal conditions and is passionate about providing the best care for our furry patients.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily administrative functions across healthcare services.
  • Lead compliance audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Plan and coordinate community health programs and initiatives.
  • Create and manage healthcare policies to enhance operations.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of administrative staff.
  • Conduct regular assessments of service delivery practices.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to align operational goals.
  • Research and implement best practices in healthcare administration.
  • Prepare reports on service delivery and departmental performance.
  • Engage with patients to understand their needs and improve care.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or similar
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in a related role
