Software Quality Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Software Quality Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test strategies, identifying issues through rigorous testing, and working closely with development teams to improve software quality.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive documentation of test cases and scenarios.
• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze and fix quality issues.
• Manage test data and environments for thorough testing.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of the QA process.
• Track and report testing statuses and metrics to stakeholders.
• Work effectively in an Agile development environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in QA methodologies.
• Support user acceptance testing and gather feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA methodologies and processes

Technical Skills

• Automated Testing Tools
• Test Management Software

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with DevOps practices: Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Mobile Application Testing Experience: Experience in testing mobile applications for iOS and Android.
