Job Description

The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of ongoing projects in Durban, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. This role demands strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate efforts of various teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage change orders and ensure accuracy of project invoices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and report project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree in Project Management preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role

• AutoCAD

Certifications

• Lean Construction Certification

Languages
