Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in our supply chain management. This includes overseeing shipment logistics, maintaining accurate records, and building relationships with clients and suppliers to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management and stock control procedures
• Create and maintain logistics budgets and forecasts
• Develop long-term relationships with suppliers and clients
• Collaborate with procurement to optimize material supply timelines
• Investigate and resolve logistics-related complaints and issues
• Utilize logistics software to enhance process efficiencies
• Prepare and manage all legal documentation related to shipping and customs.

Advantageous

• Experience with ERP Systems: Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for logistics management.
• Familiarity with customs regulations: Understanding of import/export regulations and customs processes.
