Job Description

Join our team as an HR Generalist, where you will take charge of employee onboarding, training initiatives, and compliance with employment regulations. Your contribution will be pivotal in fostering a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts from job advertising to candidate selection.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Organize onboarding programs and orientation for new hires.
  • Support continuous performance management and employee development.
  • Keep employee records up to date and manage reporting.
  • Address employee concerns and foster a collaborative workplace.
  • Draft and update HR policies and handbooks.
  • Assist in evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Master’s degree in HR is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years in a generalist HR role with demonstrated experience in talent acquisition
