Job Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment efforts from job advertising to candidate selection.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Organize onboarding programs and orientation for new hires.
  • Support continuous performance management and employee development.
  • Keep employee records up to date and manage reporting.
  • Address employee concerns and foster a collaborative workplace.
  • Draft and update HR policies and handbooks.
  • Assist in evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is an advantage
  • HRIS Systems Experienced in using HR information systems for employee management.
  • Recruitment Strong skills in sourcing and selecting candidates that fit company culture.
  • Labour Legislation Thorough understanding of South African labour laws and regulations.
  • Communication Exceptional communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels.
  • Problem-solving Adept at resolving workplace conflicts and challenges.
  • Organizational Skills Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple HR projects simultaneously.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) certification is preferred
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Fluent)

  • Experience in training and development: Background in facilitating learning and development programs.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement strategies: Knowledgeable in employee engagement and retention techniques.
