Responsibilities
Coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
Assist with the evaluation and development of career paths for employees.
Provide guidance on HR practices and policies to staff.
Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and personnel files.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
HR management certification is highly preferred
Experience
5 years of HR Generalist experience preferred
