Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage and support HR functions in Cape Town. You'll be involved in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring our workplace remains vibrant and inclusive.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
  • Assist with the evaluation and development of career paths for employees.
  • Provide guidance on HR practices and policies to staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and personnel files.
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • HR management certification is highly preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of HR Generalist experience preferred
