Job Description

As a Chemical Engineer at Leading Chemical Solutions, you will contribute to the design and development of innovative chemical processes. You will be responsible for conducting research, performing tests, and analysing data to improve product quality and yield, all while adhering to industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and recommend improvements for existing production systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments to enhance operational safety.
  • Collaborate on product development projects from conception to commercialisation.
  • Ensure that design specifications are met throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Professional registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a chemical engineering role
