Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented SEO Strategist who can bring creativity and analytical thinking to our Johannesburg office. The role involves working collaboratively with our marketing team to develop comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to our audience, enhance our search rankings, and ultimately boost conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Utilize data analytics to track and report on SEO performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams for user experience enhancements.
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns as needed to support SEO efforts.
  • Implement local SEO strategies to boost visibility in targeted regions.
  • Engage in A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize conversions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of social media as it relates to SEO.
  • Prepare monthly reports to communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy and team goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Digital Marketing or related discipline is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO strategizing and implementation.
