Job Description

We are on the hunt for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you'll collaborate with UX researchers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design trends, an eye for aesthetics, and a strong grasp of design tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop intuitive and engaging UI designs that improve the overall user experience.
• Conduct design reviews and iterate based on team feedback.
• Prototype interaction animations and lead user testing sessions.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
• Create style guides and UI kits for cross-functional teams.
• Assist in defining product specifications and documenting design processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Adobe XD

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in mobile app design: Experience designing user interfaces for mobile applications.
