Job Responsibilities
  • Participate in all aspects of crop production including planting and harvesting.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on farm machinery.
  • Implement effective pest control measures under supervision.
  • Assist in the management of livestock feeding and care.
  • Maintain accurate records of farm activities.
  • Engage in continuous learning about sustainable agriculture.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve farm goals.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Crop Management Experience in managing various crops and understanding their needs.
  • Livestock Care Knowledge and experience in caring for livestock.
  • Machinery Operation Experience operating basic agricultural machinery.
  • Teamwork Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Adaptability Willingness to adapt to changing work environments and tasks.
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Basic)
Advantageous
  • First Aid Certification: Certification in basic first aid, advantageous for farm safety.
  • Pest Control Training: Experience or training in pest management techniques.
