The successful candidate will be responsible for designing aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces, engaging with clients throughout the design process, and ensuring that all projects comply with local building codes. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and objectives.
• Produce high-quality architectural designs and visualizations.
• Monitor compliance with established design standards and objectives.
• Compile project reports outlining progress and challenges faced.
• Attend workshops and training to enhance architectural knowledge.
• Evaluate and recommend sustainable building practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Participate in design reviews and critique sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or design-related field
• Master's degree in Architecture preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural roles

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• BIM Software

Certifications

• Professional Architect License
• Sustainable Architecture Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
