Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative architectural projects.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to foster collaboration and creativity.
• Evaluate project objectives and develop effective strategies for delivery.
• Implement cutting-edge design softwares and tools to enhance project efficiency.
• Conduct regular project meetings to assess progress and realign priorities if needed.
• Document project specifications and maintain accurate records of project activities.
• Develop proposals and bids for prospective clients, highlighting unique design approaches.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance architectural skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Urban Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in architectural project management

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• 3D Modeling Tools

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Time Management

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Chartered Architect Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Proficient

Advantageous

• Experience in sustainable architecture: Understanding of sustainable building practices and materials yielding energy-efficient designs.
• Familiarity with local building codes: Knowledge of local building codes and regulations applicable in South Africa.
