Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from concept to completion.
• Analyze, test and improve existing designs.
• Work on CAD and simulation software for modeling.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all technical documentation is up to date.
• Provide product support to customers post-implementation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical or related field

• AutoCAD
• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
