UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a creative UX Designer to join our team in Pretoria. You will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences and driving design strategies that meet user needs effectively. The ideal candidate should be adept in user research, wireframing, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Prototype engaging user experiences using design tools.
• Conduct A/B testing to assess the impact of design changes.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Document design specifications and guidelines for future reference.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to team discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• Master's degree in UX or HCI is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• HTML/CSS
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

Certifications

• UX Design Certification from a recognized institution

Languages

• English: Fluent
